We value every client’s scheduled time and ask that you arrive promptly for your appointment.

• A ₱50 late fee will be charged for every 15 minutes of delay.

• Arriving 30 minutes late may result in automatic cancellation of your appointment.

• Your down payment remains non-refundable if your appointment is cancelled due to the 30-minute late policy.

If you expect to be late, please contact Artevo as soon as possible.

• We can only allow 1–2 companions with the booked client.
• When entering the studio, we’d like to require every person to remove their helmets, face mask & sunglasses.

Your safety is one of our priorities. Our studio is monitored by CCTV cameras, and the building is regularly patrolled by security personnel to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone.
